About Us

A very warm welcome to you all!
My name is Hursh Saha and I am the CEO of Cosmic Kiwis. It is myself who is shown on our Youtube video and who has written the content for this website. I was born and raised in New Zealand and currently reside in Wellington. I have been passionate about the human colonisation of the Moon and even Mars since I was a child. I am a qualified accountant (with a BCA Honours degree from Victoria University of Wellington) and am experienced in several fields from accounting and office management to real estate sales and writing. In addition, I have written and successfully published 32 eBooks on Amazon.com and my own commercial website.
As mentioned on our home page, this website showcases Cosmic Kiwis’ plan to realistically and practically kick-start the human colonisation of the Moon for much less than one would think and explains why it should be done. Space travel has not only been kept so rare because of government bodies monopolising it but also extremely expensive as they have no real incentive to cut costs or be as efficient as possible. However, both of these things could be achieved in the private sector, by Cosmic Kiwis, through the development of new technologies and strategies to master space travel like aviation was throughout the second half of the 20th century.
To begin with, there is a page with basic facts on the Moon followed by another on why we should spend precious time even thinking about colonising it in the first place. Then there is a page called Conquering the Moon followed by six individual pages on six projects under the page link after that called Projects. Together, these pages describe our overall plan to conquer the Moon from first sending a small rocket into space to sending people to the Lunar surface itself to begin a new way of life. They detail how each project can be done and yield payoffs to justify and fund the next project. The first three projects already have some approximate budgets to accompany their plans. However, this is all continual work in progress and we do realise that a lot more needs to be done – and that is where you come in. Support is now needed for these projects to justify and fund their commencement. Lastly, we hope you enjoy reading about them and feel inspired. If you have any questions or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact us through the last page of this website. Thank you.
